Late Arrival
We get it—life can be unpredictable! That’s why we’ve got a 15-minute grace period for those unexpected moments. However, to keep things running smoothly for everyone, please note the following:
- 15-30 Minutes Late: A fashionably late fee of $25 will be applied (NO EXCEPTIONS).
- 30 Minutes or More: Beyond this point, we may need to reschedule or, regrettably, cancel your appointment. We’ll do our best to find the next available opening for you.
We understand that life happens, so if you see time slipping away from you, give us a heads up! Communication is key, and we’re here to help.
Please respect our schedule, as appointments are typically booked back-to-back. We appreciate your understanding, and we look forward to providing you with a fantastic experience! 😊✨
Reschedule / Cancellation / No-Shows
We’re here to accommodate your schedule, and we understand that plans can change. Here’s the lowdown on rescheduling, cancellations, and the importance of keeping those appointments:
Rescheduling: You have the flexibility to reschedule your appointment up to 72 hours before the scheduled time. This can easily be done directly from the confirmation email you receive, or shoot us a text at 647-829-9432. We’ve got your back, and you’re allowed to reschedule once.
Cancellations: While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, cancellations within 48 hours or less will incur a charge of 100% of the total service cost. Additionally, all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
No Shows: Beluxuri Studio operates on a “BY APPOINTMENT ONLY” basis, and no shows have a significant impact on our business. Please be mindful of this, as any no-shows will be charged 100% of the total service cost.

Method of Payments
We accept cash, e-transfer, visa debit and all major credit cards.
There will be a 3% transaction free added for all card transactions.

While we emphasize the importance of strictly adhering to pre-care and aftercare instructions, we cannot control the intricacies of the healing process.
As a result, we want to be transparent: we do not guarantee specific results, and additional sessions may be necessary for optimal outcomes. Rest assured, any additional charges for these sessions will be communicated transparently and applied accordingly.

Once you’ve given your consent following the consultation and brow pre-draw, we proceed with the procedure. It’s important to note that any changes desired after this point are not within our liability. We strive to achieve the look you envision during our detailed consultation and pre-draw process.
For clients seeking corrective work with previous procedures done by another artist, we encourage realistic expectations. Please understand we’re working with previous work. The condition of your old brows/lips may impact the results, and they might not be the desired outcome of a brand-new set with no previous ink.
Achieving your desired results might require multiple sessions, especially with corrective work. Our goal is reach the best possible outcome.

Let’s get your brows ready:
24 – 72 Hours Before: 🚫 No coffee or alcohol.
🚫 Avoid Blood Thinners: Stay away from meds like Advil, aspirin, and fish oil.
2 Weeks Before: 🙅♀️ No waxing, threading, or tinting. Let it grow.
🚫 Ease Up on Exfoliants: No harsh treatments like peels or retinol.
🌞 No Tanning: Keep that sun-kissed glow at bay.
4 Weeks Before: 🙅♀️ No tweezing, threading, or waxing.
🚫 Hold Off on Products: No use of retinol and AHA before or until brows are healed.
🚫 Avoid Intense Treatments: Skip peels, facials, and intense skin stuff.
🚫 2 Months Before and After: Botox and Fillers
🚫 Cosmetic Break: If surgeries are on the horizon, wait until fully healed.
🩸 Expect extra sensitivity during your period.

Lip Precare
1 Month Before: 🚫 No Fillers or Botox
🚫 Skip Facial Procedures: No chemical peels, lasers, and facials.
1 Week Before: 💧 Keep those lips moisturized 24/7.
🚫 No waxing around the lips.
3 Days Before: Exfoliate lips.
💦 Keep those lips hydrated.
🧴 Use a hydrating moisturizer like aquafor or Vaseline.
👄 If prone to cold sores, consider antiviral meds before and after the procedure.
24 Hours Before—Avoid: 🏋️♀️ Exercising
🚫 Skip coffee, tea, boba, wine, and more.
🚫 Avoid fish oil, vitamin E (ingested), niacin, aspirin, and ibuprofen. Tylenol is okay.
Important Notes: Discontinue Daily Caffeine or Blood Thinners. If a daily caffeine or blood thinner user, pause them a week before. Consult your doctor before stopping major meds.
